Familien-Film-Live-Konzert: „Die unendliche Geschichte“
On the first advent weekend the Glienicker Bridge has been an exclusion area again after 25 years: But just for a movie! None other than the famous director Steven Spielberg restored the historical bridge in co-work with setters of Studio Babelsberg back to February 1962. The first agent exchange between the USA and Soviet Union, which is one of the key scenes of the movie, has been re-enacted here within four days and with leading actor Tom Hanks.
Onlookers weren't permitted on set. Only exception: Chancellor Angela Merkel. On the bridge, she was greeted by Spielberg and Hanks.
