Media producers, technology companies and universities from Berlin and Brandenburg founded the first Virtual Reality association in Potsdam-Babelsberg. The goal is creating a new center for this audiovisual technology of the future. The new association brings together the VR- and AR-skills, existing in Potsdam-Babelsberg and the capital region, to position the location in this field internationally competitive.
Virtual Reality (VR) is a three-dimensional digital world, you can experience first hand and act in it with a closed headset. AR stands for augmented reality.
